councilor Virgilio Dumapias happened to be my classmate in mabini colleges, how's he doing? During our college days, he is good, hardworking and trustworthy. I hope the present political system did not affect his integrity as a good public servant. I have not met him for the last 35 years. . . . Or is it the other way around?
